During the month of August 2010 we will be shipping all orders from our Hong Kong warehouse as our Canadian warehouse will be closed for Summer Holidays.
Due to this we will be offering FREE Worldwide Shipping which can take 1-2 weeks for delivery - sorry for the inconvenience caused.
If you require an order to be rushed please opt for the UPS Worldwide option.
Outside of our Holiday Schedule:
We use Canada Post for handling our Shipping. Most orders placed before 2:00PM (EST) will ship the SAME DAY, provided the product ordered is In Stock. Most orders received after 2:00 PM will ship the Next Business day. Orders are processed but not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays except by prior arrangement.
We ship to ANYWHERE in Canada, USA & Worldwide. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive but on AVERAGE most Orders to the US, Europe & Japan arrive WITHIN A WEEK by Regular Shipping. Please consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by us as an estimate. ALL Orders are shipped from our Warehouse here in Canada. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. |

| We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Paypal handles this for us. You DO NOT need to have a Paypal account to purchase from us. During checkout, you will be transferred to a Secure Paypal page where you have the option of either using your Credit Card (left of the page) or simply logging into Paypal and paying us using your Paypal account. Also there is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order. |

| We will gladly accept the return of products that are found to be defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. We will NOT replace Flash Carts if they have been PHYSICALLY damaged by you. Please read below to see our Warranty policy pertaining to different Flash Cards. Acekard Products: 6 MONTHS Supercard Products: 12 MONTHS Any Other Flashcart: 3 MONTHS Please note: Warranty period starts from the Day of Purchase Accessories such as cases etc cannot be returned.
Kingston Memory is covered by Manufacturer Warranty
HTC Mobile Phones are covered by HTC Warranty Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of an incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.Once a purchase is made it is non-refundable. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. |
