We use different shipping methods depending on the country. Canada Post is used for handling within Canada shipments & Int'l (excluding UK & USA). USPS is used for customers from the United States. Royal Mail is used for United Kingdom orders. Most orders placed will ship WITHIN 48-72 HOURS, provided the product ordered is In Stock. Orders are processed but not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays.
We ship to ANYWHERE in Canada, USA & Worldwide. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive but on AVERAGE most Orders to the US, Europe & Japan arrive WITHIN 2 WEEKS by Regular Shipping (This is not guaranteed and we have no control over unexpected delays). Please consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by us as an estimate. ALL Orders are shipped from our Warehouse here in Canada. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. |

| We will gladly accept the return of products that are found to be defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. |

Acekard.ca shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your Credit Card or Paypal has been charged. If your credit card or Paypal Account has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, AceKard.ca shall issue a credit to your Credit Card or Paypal Account in the amount of the incorrect price |
